Tip of the Month

Remind your clients that their account can send a variety of emails related to their lead activity. By default, these are sent to the main company contact in the account. Additional recipients for these various emails can be added using the Email Advanced Routing settings in the account Control Panel.

Please share the below instructions on how to access these settings with your clients.
Login to your account Control Panel using a desktop or laptop computer.
After you have logged in:

1) Click the SETUP tab at the top of your Control Panel
2) Click Email Settings from the left-hand side of the page
3) Click Advanced Routing

Get Copies of Emails Sent to Leads

Clients can use this section of the Control Panel to select who will receive copies of the automated emails that are sent to their leads.

Click Save Email Settings found at the bottom of this section to save any changes.

Options for Emails Sent to You

Clients will find this section on the same page by continuing scrolling down. They’ll use this section to select who will receive email notifications when site visitors click through any of the lead capture features on their site. They’ll also find other types of lead-related notification emails here.

Click Save Email Settings found at the bottom of this section to save any changes.
